InstaRate calculates postage according to weight, type of service and distances

This has been the biggest waste of money. I'm just glad I never put more than $25 in because I can't log in or access it. With the software being changed around from company to company, it has been a total waste, leaving me with worthless equipment. I still have to go to the post office to get stuff sent ... this was WORSE than a TOTAL WASTE of time and money!
